This is exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to lead our OSHC team alongside the existing Director. Opportunities for collaboration and development in this type of role do not come along very often and this position will suit an emerging leader looking to take their first steps into leadership, or an existing leader looking to share responsibilities.

<p>                                             <strong>Permanent Leadership Position</strong></p><p></p><p>The Co-Director will understand and demonstrate a commitment to St Paul Lutheran School’s Mission, Vision and Values and provide leadership to the OSHC team. Flexible negotiable hours are available including designated time for administrative duties. Starting date to be negotiated.</p><p><b>Role Requirements:</b><br /></p><p> </p><ul><li>An approved qualification for working in an Education and Care setting in South Australia (see the Australian Children&#39;s Education &amp; Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) website)</li><li>Leadership skills and aspirations to lead a team</li><li>Ability to develop a positive and collaborative environment for all educators, children and families</li><li>A relevant and current first aid certificate</li><li>Current Responding to Abuse and Neglect Training</li><li>Working with children check</li></ul><p><b>Key Criteria: The successful applicant must have</b></p><ul><li>Ability to manage compliance requirements</li><li>Capacity to lead and manage a staff team</li><li>A demonstrated passion for, and commitment to, play-based learning</li><li>An understanding of proactive wellbeing practices that support primary aged children</li><li>Previous experience with managing policies, procedures and finance, or ability to learn</li></ul>
