We are seeking a positive and supportive Director of Boarding to join our Boarding House Team to work in the Residential College on a permanent full-time basis during term time.

<p>Ravenswood is a Uniting Church Prep to Year 12 day and boarding school for girls located on Sydney’s North Shore. Ravenswood offers both the HSC and the IB Diploma Programme as well as the PYP in the Junior School. It is a school where staff enjoy a range of benefits that foster health and wellbeing, and students achieve outstanding academic success supported by innovative teaching practices that are underpinned by a whole school approach to Positive Education.</p><p>We are seeking a positive and supportive Director of Boarding to join our Boarding House Team to work in the Residential College on a permanent full-time basis during term time.<br /></p><p>The Director of Boarding is responsible for assisting the Deputy Principal: Boarding, Wellbeing and Development in overseeing the welfare of all boarders and boarding staff in the Residential College at the school.  The Director of Boarding will comply with and help to enforce the School’s legal obligations in relation to duty of care, child protection, WH&amp;S, risk assessment and privacy guidelines.  This position will undertake all associated duties relating to Boarding as deemed appropriate by the Principal and the Deputy Principal: Boarding, Wellbeing and Development.<br /></p><p>To be considered for this position you will ideally have experience managing a boarding facility or experience in other organisational leadership roles, be adept in meeting the administration and operational requirements for a boarding facility, be able to assist with the social and academic needs of the girls and have a Positive Education and Wellbeing background.
