We are seeking an experienced and suitable person to fill the full-time position of Director of Co-curricular Jewish Education located at our Burwood campus.

<p>Mount Scopus Memorial College is a co-educational Jewish School from Early Learning to Year 12 across three campuses; St Kilda East, Caulfield South and Burwood. </p><p>We are seeking an experienced and suitable person to fill the position of Director of Co-curricular Jewish Education. This is a full-time position working during term time located at our Gandel campus in Burwood with visits to our other campuses. The role and function of this position is to ensure high-quality co-curricular Jewish education that is engaging and inspiring, which supports the Modern Orthodox and Zionist ethos of the College. The successful candidate must have extensive experience in Co-curricular Jewish Education and leadership experience within a school department is preferred. </p><p>Applicants must have the following; </p><ul><li>a teacher qualification with registration with VIT is preferred </li><li>a current Working with Children Check </li><li>a sound understanding of Child Safeguarding Standards and a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children </li><li>be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (three vaccinations) or have an appropriate medical exemption </li></ul><p>Mount Scopus complies fully with the Child Safe Standards.
