This includes improved parental leave for temporary staff and non-primary carers, and recognition of service for support staff.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Specific Criteria</strong></p> <ul> <li>Highly effective, skilled classroom practitioner committed to the ethos of the Catholic School</li> <li>Capacity to contribute to the school's Continuous Improvement Cycle and is committed to student achievement</li> <li>Knowledge and experience to teach HSIE Stage 4 and 5, Business Studies Stage 6, Society &amp; Culture or Geography Stage 6</li> <li>Proven ability to apply sound pedagogical practices to create a motivating and engaging learning environment that caters to the needs of all learners</li> <li>Skilled in analysing and reflecting on student learning data to ensure learning growth for all students;</li> <li>Highly effective in managing and facilitating safe and supportive learning environments with an understanding of positive student welfare practices</li> <li>Willingness to contribute to the broader extracurricular aspects of school life as an active member of the school community</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic professional learning community.</li> <li>Proficient in the use of technology to enhance student learning</li> </ul> <p>Applicants who are not currently working in a Broken Bay systemic school must have a 4 year training qualification or be enrolled to undertake further study that will provide them with a four year trained qualification to be eligible to apply for any teaching position in the Diocese.<br> <br> <strong>About us, our Vision and our Towards 2025 Strategy</strong><br> <br> Our Vision is to provide 'authentic, professional Catholic education, delivered with care and compassion'.
