<p>The Opportunity </p><p>Grace Lutheran College is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager that will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the College’s vision, the strategic plan, and HR policies and procedures. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be joining this leading secondary college during an exciting period of change. </p><p>About you </p><p>This position would suit someone with commitment to the ethos, Christian values and teachings of the College. The suitable candidate will also have: </p><p>- Tertiary qualifications in human resources (or equivalent) with at least three years of relevant management experience in delivering human resource solutions </p><p>- Ability to interpret and advise (and gain acceptable advice as needed) on legislative and Award compliance; </p><p>- Experience in managing payroll (experience using SAGE Micropay is desirable but not essential) </p><p>- Experience as a rehabilitation and return to work coordinator </p><p>- Ability to work across both the Rothwell and Caboolture campuses </p><p>- Demonstrated competence and confidence in using a personal computer and relevant software packages eg Microsoft Word and Excel. </p><p>- Knowledge and prior use of the College Administration package (TASS) would be an advantage. </p><p>- Knowledge of general office and administrative procedures and equipment. </p><p>- Working with Children accreditation (Blue Card) or ability to obtain this accreditation. </p><p>About us </p><p>A one College, two campus community-based, co-educational secondary school, led by a dedicated team of innovators and life-long learners striving to support each colleague and student achieve their best. </p><p>Employees of Grace have the following benefits available: </p><p>- Ongoing professional development </p><p>- Salary Sacrificing Superannuation </p><p>- Salary Packaging </p><p>How to apply </p><p>Please submit your application by clicking ‘Apply Now’.
