The role of the Receptionist and Administration Assistant is the first point of contact for all visitors / parents / contractors / students via either answering the telephone or greeting face-to-face. The general requirements of this position are to provide a wide range of administrative and receptionist duties, along with providing first aid to any students in the absence of the School Nurse.

<p><b>The Position</b></p><p>As a result of a recently announced retirement Immanuel Primary School are seeking to appoint a full-time (37.5 hours) Receptionist and Administration Assistant to start from the 16th January 2023, and ideally be able to offer some casual hours in term 4 2022 to assist with handover.</p><p><b>Requirements of the position</b></p><p>As the first point of contact for Immanuel Primary School, the ideal person will have an excellent spoken communication skills and an outgoing and friendly nature.  They will need to be keen to work cooperatively with the wider Administration team, as well as a Leadership team dedicated to excellence.  They must be able to contribute to the smooth running of the Front Office Reception area through good time management, organisational skills and positive relationships.</p><p>For further details on this role please refer to the attached job description.</p><p>Applications close 5pm Friday 14th October 2022.</p><p><br /></p>
