<p>The person in the position should have a visionary approach to curriculum in their Key Learning Area </p><p>[KLA] and an acute interest in current and future initiatives in curriculum including areas such as: </p><p>Learning styles, Pedagogy, Information Technology and its uses in curriculum. </p><p><br /></p><p> </p><p>The KLA Leader should be able to provide clear direction, enthuse and motivate a team of teaching </p><p>and support staff, possibly from quite diverse teaching/subject areas, to maximise curriculum </p><p>delivery in their relevant fields. The KLA Leader should be a role model as an educator and </p><p>professional learner, and a mentor for staff.</p>
