Additionally, the Dean of Professional Learning and Culture will ensure that all staff professional development opportunities are consistent with the strategic direction of the College Strategic Plan, AITSL standards and the accreditation requirements of NESA, including the College’s requirements as a Teacher Accreditation Authority (TAA). </p><p>The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, passionate and a committed member of our College Leadership Team. The ideal candidate is able to demonstrate proven success in the leadership of a professional learning agenda (school wide); support the development of a diverse range of middle leaders; effective communicator; is able to manage competing priorities; can exercise initiative which demonstrates successful student outcomes; and is able to represent the Principal and the College to internal and external stakeholders with a spirit of excellence representing the Good Samaritan and Benedictine values at all times. </p><p>This position is an executive role (4 point) and the successful candidate is expected to be assigned a teaching load commensurate with expertise and experience.
