Under the protection and patronage of Mary, Help of Christians, the school enjoys an ongoing partnership with parents in providing opportunities for children to excel within a stimulating Catholic school environment. Covering an expansive geographical area which includes the Central Coast and Sydney's Northern Beaches and North Shore, Catholic Schools Broken Bay is a system serving 44 Catholic Schools with around 17,000 students from Kindergarten to Year 12.<br /> <br /> <strong>About the Role</strong><br /> <br /> This position will require the successful candidate to work in a temporary part-time capacity 16 hours per fortnight. The required days of work is Monday and Wednesday each week but will be negotiable for the right candidate. This temporary appointment is until the end of the 2022 school year.<br /> <br /> <strong>Specific Criteria</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be highly effective, skilled administration support officer with experience in a busy dynamic office environment</li> <li>Possess high level interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, and the ability to develop positive relationships with staff, student, parents/carers and community members</li> <li>Be familiar with various software packages which may include but not limited to Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Compass</li> <li>Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Be task focused with attention to detail and flexibility regarding duties</li> <li>Be able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic professional learning community</li> <li>Have a valid First Aid Certificate (desirable)</li> </ul> <p><strong>New position on COVID-19 vaccinations</strong><br /> <br /> Given the current management of risks associated with COVID-19 in the community, and the gradual wind-back of some settings, CSBB has decided to no longer require all staff to be fully vaccinated, effective 19 September 2022.
