The Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta is seeking an Administration Officer to support the business and clerical requirements of the school.

<p><b>Location: </b>St Matthew's Primary School - Windsor</p><p dir="ltr">St Matthew’s Primary School in the heart of Windsor is excited to invite applications for a skilled Admin all-rounder to join our team!</p> <p dir="ltr">The primary purpose of the position is to assist with the day-to-day administrative functions of the school, including communications, events coordination, marketing, and support to school staff and leadership. The role would suit someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, has strong time management and relationship skills, can problem solve, and will thrive working in a team based environment.</p> <p dir="ltr">The role will be a full-time temporary position for the 2023 school year.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Role Purpose</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">As part of the mission of the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Parramatta, the Learning and Diversity Administration Officer supports the Learning Team in the delivery of the System Strategic Intent of improving learning outcomes for all students and promoting a professional and rewarding working life for teachers.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Role Structure</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">The Learning and Diversity Administration Officer supports the Learning Team (Principal, Assistant Principal, Instructional Leaders and Diversity Leader) with the organisation and delivery of learning and diversity projects and requirements across the school.</p> <p dir="ltr">The Learning and Diversity Administration Officer will also support the needs of the front office, which will include contact with families and visitors in person, by phone and email and supporting students who need access to the school Sick Bay.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>School Specific Accountabilities</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">The Learning and Diversity Administration Officer, will support the organisation of learning and student learning needs, through the support of the Learning and Diversity Teams.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>The Learning and Diversity Administration Officer will:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Support the diversity team with the administration of Personalised Plans (PPs) by:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: circle"> <p dir="ltr">rolling over PPs to be ready for the new learning year, and supporting the updates of important Class Diversity documentation</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: circle"> <p dir="ltr">archiving any student PPs that are no longer current</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: circle"> <p dir="ltr">supporting the administration of the transition of previous Year Six students</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: circle"> <p dir="ltr">Ensure all PP records are updated within all school and Diocese based databases</p> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Provide support with specialised PP reporting collaboratively and within school and Diocese based databases</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Update and create learning displays and resources required by the Learning Team, and provide support and advice on the development of school learning displays;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Support the accuracy of all diversity and learning based information with an eye for detail and consistent auditing of information&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Create and publish regular reports for Parents and the wider school community&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Assist with the collection, compiling and sharing of NAPLAN and ACER data with staff and families;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Assist with the organisation of Kindergarten orientation, including the development of kindergarten resource packs;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Assist with casual staff administration, including casual staffing administration, which includes booking and the payment of casuals;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Communicate daily changes and information to staff based on the staffing arrangements and needs of the day;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Assisting with the preparation of internal and external publications including school website, newsletter and social media posts;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Undertaking reception and general office duties;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Responding to enquiries from students, parents, employees, and the general public;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p
