This includes improved parental leave for temporary staff and non-primary carers, and recognition of service for support staff. </li></ul><p><b>Specific Criteria</b><br /></p><ul><li>A practising Catholic who is able to lead the school community in faith, and build and sustain a culture of faith and learning that is Christ centred </li><li>Able to effectively lead others in developing knowledge and understanding of the Religious Education curriculum </li><li>Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, staff, the parish team and wider community </li><li>Demonstrates knowledge and insight when developing and co-ordinating creative liturgy and Social Justice initiatives </li><li>A qualified and highly competent classroom teacher who demonstrates contemporary pedagogy, embraces the Teaching Standards, maximises learning growth and who engages students to love learning </li><li>Effective in managing and facilitating safe and supportive learning environments with an understanding of positive student welfare practices </li><li>Works collaboratively and contributes positively as a member of the leadership tea</li></ul><p><b>About us, our Vision and our Towards 2025 Strategy</b></p><p>Our Vision is to provide ‘authentic, professional Catholic education, delivered with care and compassion’.
