<p>The College is seeking a Property Manager who has a high level of customer service, both internally and with external suppliers and contractors. </p><p> </p><p>Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, the Property Manager is a key stakeholder within the College and is responsible for managing the Maintenance Team and functions.<br /></p><p>The role of the Property Manager (Property Services) is to manage the maintenance and development aspects of buildings, equipment and facilities at the College. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing College security including out of hours concerns as they arise. The Property Manager is responsible for continuous improvement of local systems and processes. </p><p>The Property Manager role involves Asset Management and Asset disposal, Security and Key Management, overseeing of building and refurbishment projects, and scheduling of maintenance of College grounds. The role includes multi-tasking with effective prioritisation, and the ability to lead and manage an effective team.</p><p>Experience within an educational setting would be an advantage.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
