The successful applicant will be appropriately qualified and ready to work within a professional and cohesive team. </p><p>We are seeking to employ a qualified and experienced TAS teacher to teach in a co-ed Christian context from Stages 4-6. </p><p><b>Key Selection Criteria </b></p><p>the successful applicant for the above position must be able to provide evidence to support the following criteria: </p><p>• Strong personal Christian faith and be a regular and practising member of a Bible-based Christian Church. </p><p>• Evidence of innovative classroom practices that are effective with senior school students. </p><p>• A high standard of competency and proficiency as a classroom teacher. </p><p>• Have experience in teaching Technology and Applied Studies (TAS), with experience in IPT, IST, and Design and Technology being highly desirable. </p><p>• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the integration of technology in the delivery of learning and how this supports the development of learning for students in this age group. </p><p>• Demonstrate an understanding of how students learn and effective classroom teaching strategies and the capacity to work with colleagues to continually improve teaching and learning. </p><p>• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, critical analysis and problem-solving skills. </p><p>• Ability to prioritise and work as part of a team. </p><p><b>Qualifications </b></p><p>• Secondary Teaching qualifications in Technology and Applied Studies and NESA accreditation. </p><p>• Experience teaching up to HSC is an advantage. </p><p><b>Applications should include: </b></p><p>• Cover application letter </p><p>• Completion of Employment Application form available on the College website - This should include the names, addresses and phone numbers of three confidential referees.
