<p><b>OneSchool Global is one of the world’s largest, truly global schools, with over 9,000 students and 125 campuses across 20 countries. With 31 campuses across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia, OneSchool Global Australia (OSGAU) provides an innovative learning and teaching program to over 2,300 students, in partnership with nearly 600 staff. </b></p><p>Reporting to the Regional Chief Operating Officer, with a dotted reporting line to a Sydney-based Global Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Manager (HRM) will maintain and oversee a team focused on delivering key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, remuneration, onboarding, organisation planning, restructuring, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance for the Australian Region. </p><p>The HRM will, through a specialised team, and directly: </p><ul><li>recommend, develop and implement best practice HR policies and procedures; </li><li>advise leadership in relation to change management and employee relations issues; </li><li>advise and collaborate on organisational development, addressing issues such as succession planning, workforce development, employee retention, organisation design, and change management; </li><li>oversee the recruitment and selection process; </li><li>ensure compliance with all applicable employment legislation and regulations; </li><li>deploy and maintain HR systems and databases; and </li><li>maintain health and wellness policies and programs. </li></ul><p>Candidates will be tertiary qualified and have a minimum of five years’ HR management experience, preferably in a geographically dispersed professional organisation. With a comprehensive knowledge of all facets of generalist HR practice, your proven ability to work successfully with a wide range of stakeholders across an organisation will be well developed, as will your talent for overseeing multiple processes requiring a high level of attention to detail.
