Accomplished Level $171,400 p.a. - plus superannuation</p><p>As the Principal of St John&#39;s Parish School, Cobar you will be responsible for leadership in the following areas:</p><ul><li>Religious Education and Faith Formation. </li><li>Educative Leadership—Leading Teaching and Learning. </li><li>Staff Leadership—Developing Self and Others. </li><li>Strategic Leadership—Leading improvement, Innovation and Change. </li><li>Organisational Leadership—Leading the Management of the School.</li></ul><p>St John&#39;s have a student enrolment of 147 students. You will be supported by your school executive team (AP and REC), your local Parish, a network of Diocesan Principals and extensive system level support from your Schools Consultant/Education Officer and other CEO staff. </p><p> </p><div> </div><div> </div><h5>REMUNERATION:</h5><h5>The following package is provided:</h5><ul><li>Current Annual salary: Foundation Level $162,828 p.a.
