<p>We have three positions available for Inclusion Support Assistants to work with our students. We need one to work at the Bath Street Campus (Transition to Year 4) and two to work at the Sadadeen Campus (Years 9 to 12).  </p><p>The successful applicants will be able to:</p><ul><li>Work with classroom teachers in relation to individual students and/or small groups to support the implementation of teaching programs during the school term. </li><li>Support students to understand and participate in the school culture </li><li>Support students in Literacy and Numeracy as directed by Teacher, Curriculum Coordinator or Head of Campus. </li><li>Continue with appropriate behaviour management strategies as directed and implemented by class teachers </li><li>Building student confidence and self esteem </li><li>Reinforcing ‘school culture’ </li><li>Use appropriate tutoring resources to assist students requiring support </li><li>Manages identified needs of individual students as required </li><li>Maintain confidentiality at all times </li><li>Discuss or raise concerns/problems with class teacher, Curriculum Coordinator and Head of Campus </li></ul><p>Salary as per the current EBA and consistent with experience and qualifications.
