Personal growth is nurtured through positive relationships between our students and staff ensuring we live out our College motto Inspired by Christ. </p><p>If you feel you could make a positive difference to our students&#39; school experience, please apply to start the process of joining the All Saints family.</p><p><b> About you</b></p><p>All Saints Catholic College is seeking an energetic and passionate, full-time Leader of Wellbeing (2 Point Coordinator permanent) commencing in Term 1, 2023.</p><p>The Leader of Wellbeing plays a vital role in ensuring that the SCS values of empathy, excellence, truth, curiosity and collaboration are drivers for establishing a thriving Catholic community. The Leader of Wellbeing is a teacher appointed to a position of special responsibility, who demonstrates strong support for the vision and ministry of Catholic Education and assists the College Principal and Executive in facilitating the College’s educational, pastoral and evangelising mission.</p><p>Each Year Group is led by a Leader of Wellbeing who provides significant pastoral and academic leadership within the College. They are responsible for the effective operation of a designated year group and for the overall wellbeing, learning and faith development of the students in the cohort.  </p><p>Central to this leadership role is knowing the students and their families, managing the involvement of the Pastoral Care Teachers in the cohort and collaborating with the College’s Leaders of Learning and the College Leadership Team. Monitoring, challenging and advising students is central to the role, as is an effective organization of the designated year group. Each Leader of Wellbeing is supported in their role by an individual Assistant Leader of Wellbeing (1 Point).</p><p>To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate:</p><ul><li>The capacity to exercise religious leadership in contributing to the Catholic life of the college</li><li>Evidence of positively contributing to the pastoral environment of a school to enhance student learning outcomes</li><li>The ability to model effective teaching practice in supporting colleagues to implement inclusive strategies focused on coeducation that engage and support all students</li><li>Effective organisational and administrative practices</li><li>Evidence of working effectively to achieve improvement within an area of responsibility</li><li>A capacity to lead and collaborate within a diverse team</li><li>An ability to authentically build rapport with students and exhibit outstanding communication skills with families.</li></ul><p>You will have attained:</p><ul><li>a tertiary qualification in education</li><li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)</li><li>Employee ID registration number with Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) or a commitment to Register to Teach in SCS.</li></ul><p>Note: If you are not already employed by SCS, to commence this process please go to: https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/careers/registration-to-teach</p><p><b>Application Process</b></p><p>Applications must be addressed to the Principal, Mr Daniel McInerney with the following:</p><ul><li>a covering letter</li><li>a current resume</li><li>three referees, including name and contact details.</li></ul><p><b>Applications Close</b>: Friday 30th September, 2022</p><p>Working With Children Check (WWCC)</p><p>This role is classified as child-related work and therefore requires a WWCC clearance prior to commencement of employment.</p><p>Contact email: rebecca.britten&#64;syd.catholic.edu.au </p><p><br /></p>
