<h4>Principal</h4><p><br /></p><p>Nestled in the heart of Australia&#39;s ochre outback in Alice Springs, Araluen Christian College provides a Transition to Year 10 co-educational Christian education to its population of more than 120 students.<br /></p><p>Araluen Christian College is seeking a capable and agile educational leader with a passion for Christian Education.</p><p>The successful applicant will require:</p><p>• Commitment to NT Christian Schools Statement of Faith;</p><p>• Clear capacity to work as part of a broader Senior Leadership team across NT</p><p>  Christian Schools, and a commitment to collaborative leadership development;</p><p>• Strong Educational Leadership skills;</p><p>• Develop and maintain strong partnerships between parents and staff;</p><p>• High levels of staff development skills and the ability to work in, lead and care for a</p><p>  committed group of staff;</p><p>• Represent and promote the school in the local community, strengthening connection</p><p>across the community. All staff are required to be Christians, active in their local church.</p>
