<p><b>Location: </b>Xavier College - Llandilo</p><p>The Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta is looking for a passionate and dedicated Community Partnerships &amp; Careers Coach to provide support and assistance to our teachers.</p> <p>Community Partnerships &amp; Careers Coach is accountable for:</p> <p>? Developing strategic, mutually beneficial relationships with universities and other community stakeholders for the purpose of enhancing student learning.</p> <p>? Establishing opportunities for students to engage with universities, businesses and other community groups in order to develop real world experience and skills</p> <p>? Designing strategies and implementing plans to promote ‘next generation learning’ at Caroline Chisholm College</p> <p>? Working with the Development Team to build the community profile of the college to attract enrolments</p> <p>? Facilitating systems of communication about post-school options for students and their families</p> <p>? Coaching students through a strengths based process for making decisions about post-school options</p> <p>? Planning for and participating in learning events about careers and post-school options</p> <p>? Regularly evaluating the college’s strategic partnerships</p> <p>?
