The successful candidate will need to have (or attain) accreditation as required by the Lutheran Church of Australia (please see position description for further details).</p><p><b>Key Selection Criteria </b></p><p>The successful applicant will have: </p><p>• teaching qualifications and training that satisfy registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching </p><p>• an ability to demonstrate and exemplify the school’s values of compassion, forgiveness, service and courage.</p><p>• an excellent knowledge of the Australian Curriculum and in catering for a diverse range of learners in a multicultural classroom through varied learning opportunities and sound pedagogical principles </p><p>• proven experience at fostering excellent relationships with children </p><p>• a passion for teaching and learning </p><p>• proven ability to work collegially and collaboratively with colleagues </p><p>• prior implementation of Thrass is highly favourable</p><p><br /></p>
