You will have the opportunity to connect and collaborate with a professional and experienced team, creating a safe and high quality learning environment for all our students.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>You Will:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Operate effectively at all stages of the teaching and learning cycle, including planning for learning and assessment, developing learning programs, teaching, assessing, providing feedback on student learning and reporting to parents/carers</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Develop and implement quality curriculum programs and appropriate pedagogy</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Have experience in the use of contemporary technology&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Create and maintain safe, inclusive and challenging learning environments and implement fair and equitable behaviour management plans</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>What You Need:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Tertiary Qualification in Education</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Working with Children Check&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">High quality classroom teaching skills which enable students with a diverse range of needs to achieve their full potential</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and a natural aptitude and drive to work with and within a collaborative team environment</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">A willingness to learn and a commitment to your own professional development&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Interested?</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">This position involves working with children.
