<p>Commencing in January 2023, this is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced Director of Music to join the leadership team at Genazzano FCJ College.</p><p>The Director of Music will promote a commitment to the values, mission and vision of Genazzano FCJ College.<br /></p><p>The Director of Music, in collaboration with the Music Executive Team and Curriculum Leader of Music is responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of an innovative, dynamic and engaging Music Program that fosters the growth of every child’s musical journey.<br /></p><p>The Director of Music is charged with the responsibility and leadership of an extensive Co-Curricular Music Program.                                         <br /></p><p>The role requires:<br /></p><ul><li>Relevant Tertiary Education Qualifications including full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching<br /></li><li>Outstanding orchestral and choral conducting skills</li><li>Proven ability to teach all year levels, especially VCE Music</li><li>A highly accomplished instrumentalist who has ideally been classically trained</li><li>An active interest in and support for the delivery of quality girls’ education</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships with all stakeholders</li></ul><p>For detailed information, please refer to the Position Description.</p><p>Applications close on Friday 30 September at 4.00pm.<br /></p>
