<p>St Brendan&#39;s College, Central Queensland, is a leading Catholic secondary school, operating in the tradition of Edmund Rice. The newly created role of Assistant Principal - Teaching, Learning and Innovation will be a valuable member of the College Leadership Team, providing strategic leadership in the pursuit of an exemplary teaching and learning environment. </p><p>Essential Criteria </p><ul><li>Queensland Teacher Registration; </li><li>Expertise in the curriculum area applied for. A second area of expertise is a major advantage; </li><li>Be aware of the current directions in curriculum and pedagogy; </li><li>Demonstrated success as an effective classroom teacher; </li><li>Be willing to be involved in co-curricular activities of the College. </li></ul><p><b>Application Inclusions </b></p><p>Please provide the following in your application. </p><ul><li>Cover letter addressed to Mr Robert Corboy, Principal, outlining why you are applying for the position, including how you meet the key accountabilities and essential criteria. </li><li>Resume including three referees (one of which should be your current principal); </li><li>Copies of Qualifications and Academic Transcripts </li></ul><p>For all positions advertised the successful applicants will need to actively support the Catholic Ethos of the College.
