Avila College is seeking applicants with a customer service focus to join the Administration team in our Front Office Reception.

<p>Established more than 50 years ago, Avila College has grown to become one of the largest Catholic secondary schools for girls in Victoria. Located in Mt Waverley, we offer Avila girls the best Catholic education and inspire successful futures. </p><p><b>The Role</b></p><p>Avila College seeks a highly experienced and organised individual who has a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service, has strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task. You will be the face of the school and the first point of contact and called upon to be a problem solver. This role is varied, engaging and rewarding.</p><p><b>Experience, Skills and Personal Attributes</b></p><p>To be successful, candidates will be experienced, highly collaborative with demonstrated ability to provide quality and professional support. You will have a mature, flexible and thorough approach, enjoy working as part of a team and have exceptional verbal and written communication, including strong relationship skills and an outstanding customer service focus.
