Learning Enhancement Numeracy Support Teacher – Full Time – Permanent

This role will be a multi campus role, with working days spread across both our Werribee and Melton campus and will commence in January 2023. As a member of the Learning Enhancement Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of math’s remediation and extension programs for students in Years 3 to 6, across both campuses.

</b></p><p>Due to the continued growth of the College, we are recruiting a Full Time – Permanent Learning Enhancement Numeracy Support Teacher. </p><p>This role will be a multi campus role, with working days spread across both our Werribee and Melton campus and will commence in January 2023. As a member of the Learning Enhancement Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of math’s remediation and extension programs for students in Years 3 to 6, across both campuses.</p><p><br /></p><p>
</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:
</b></p><ul><li>Plan appropriate programs based on identified student needs.
</li><li>Regularly review and modify programs to maximise student learning.
</li><li>Identify students eligible to access support/extension programs
</li><li>Deliver Learning Enhancement teaching in a variety of flexible formats including withdrawal, small group work, in-class support, and team teaching.

</b></p><ul><li>A Degree in Special Education (Preferred)
</li><li>A Masters of Early Intervention or Gifted education or a relevant higher qualification (Advantageous)
</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to create a positive student culture for deep learning and teaching
</li><li>A mindset to utilise technology for the purpose of teaching effectively, updating systems, reporting, student feedback and academic progress.
</li><li>A commitment to Christian Education and the College’s Ethos, as presented in the College’s Theological Statement
</li><li>Adhere to College policies, procedures, and practices.</li></ul><p>
