Emmaus College invites experienced educational leaders to apply for the role of Director of Learning Outcomes (POL 4; 0.4FTE teaching load).
<p>Emmaus College is a proudly Catholic co-educational regional College in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne established in 1980. The College operates over two campuses, at Vermont South and Burwood.</p><p>Applications are invited from experienced leaders for the role of Director of Learning Outcomes, commencing in 2023. This leader will be responsible for developing a strategic approach to school improvement by shaping, reviewing and implementing the strategic learning and teaching plan. With outcomes focusing on encouraging and empowering colleagues and students to improve educational outcomes, this role will require an educator who is able to embrace reflective practice, implement existing programs and develop new initiatives in the areas of learning and teaching.<br /></p><p>The successful applicant will be appointed to Emmaus College as a teacher in an ongoing capacity.
