A new position, the Head of House will lead a St Paul’s College House group. This is largely a Student Wellbeing role. The Head of House has a responsibility for monitoring the wellbeing, care, safety, protection, pastoral care and academic progress of the students in the House while supporting the partnership between staff, students and families.

<p>The successful applicant will be:<br /></p><ul><li>Supportive of the College’s ethos and vision</li><li>Have experience in Student Wellbeing role desirable</li><li>Be an exemplary leader in teaching, working with students and overall professionalism</li><li>Be energetic, proactive and able to demonstrate initiative</li><li>Possess a high level interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively</li><li>Have high level administrative and organisational skills including time management</li><li>Have demonstrated experience in dealing appropriately with confidential and sensitive information</li><li>Display creative and effective problem-solving techniques including the ability to anticipate the needs or students, staff and the College</li><li>Be willing to seek, undertake and share professional learning</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
