The College is looking for a fastidious and experienced business professional. The Governance and Business Services Manager is responsible for leading, developing, implementing, and evaluating structures, policies, processes and systems to enable the College to bring to life its vision and strategic directions. This is a full-time position available for immediate commencement.

<p>Marist College is a Congregational Catholic school for boys (Year 4-12) operating as part of ‘Marist Schools Australia’. It has an enrolment of approximately 1750 students, and enjoys an excellent reputation for its pastoral care of students, academic studies, cultural and sport pursuits.</p><p> </p><p>The College is looking for a fastidious and experienced business professional to join our Business Services Team. The <b>Governance and Business Services Manager</b> is responsible for leading, developing, implementing, and evaluating structures, policies, processes and systems to enable the College to bring to life its vision and strategic directions and to continually reimagine new realities. A key component of this involves leading process improvement projects. The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong understanding and capability in areas of governance, continuity management, business improvement and management of College Services.
