The Business Manager plays a key role in strategic financial planning and delivering on strategic financial directives including the management of the financial, business and Risk operations.
The Business Manager will report to the Principal and liaise with the College’s Board of Governors
<p>Southern Vales Christian College (SVCC) is a co-education, interdenominational College with two campuses, one located in Morphett Vale and the other situated in Aldinga. Each campus enrols students from Foundation to Year 12. Reporting directly to the Principal and managing a small team, the position entails operational and strategic accountability for all aspects of College finances. You will manage the day-to-day accounting functions, provide strategic financial planning and management reports and implement appropriate financial, accounting and internal control systems. Your responsibilities will also extend to a range of property and facilities related matters, IT and the broader administration of the College. <br /></p><p>This role is likely to appeal to a suitability qualified CPA/CA with the ability to take a whole of College approach to strategic financial management. Strong technical skills, an engaging and customer service approach, coaching and mentoring of staff and hands-on financial management are key focal points of this exciting opportunity.
