Catholic Education, Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW) currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and highly experienced Catholic Education Professional to join the organisation as the System Performance Leader Primary.

<p>The Company </p><p>Catholic Education, Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW) assists 29 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools located throughout Regional NSW, to maximise student learning, growth and development. CEDWW staff are responsible for providing on-going operational guidance and administrative assistance across the areas of Learning and Teaching, Student Wellbeing and Diverse Learning, Evangelisation and Religious Education, School and System Improvement, Finance and Resources, Information and Communication Technologies and People and Culture services.</p><p><b>The Role </b></p><p>We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and highly experienced Catholic Education Professional to join the organisation as the System Performance Leader Primary. Reporting to the Deputy Director Catholic Education, the System Performance Leader Primary provides leadership, mentoring and guidance to Primary School Principals and works with School Leadership Teams to drive school improvement through the use of data, research, support and challenge, particularly in the development and monitoring of School Annual Improvement Plans.</p><p>The System Performance Leader Primary also ensures the ongoing provision of high-quality Catholic Education in the Diocese of Wagga Wagga, through a focus on supporting school leadership in the efficient day-to-day operations of the school and implementation of system initiatives to improve school performance, student achievement and teacher practice.</p><p>The System Performance Leader Primary collaborates and contributes as a member of the System Performance Team, to build school leader capacity and leadership density in all areas of school leadership, focusing on improving learning outcomes for students and actively promoting Catholic Identity and Mission.Empowering school leaders to understand their delegated responsibilities, find solutions and lead with confidence through professional learning and training in the areas of governance, compliance and other policy areas is also a key element of this pivotal role.</p><p><b>The Right Person </b></p><p>You will be a proven strategic leader with an exemplary relational leadership capacity and significant successful experience as a Catholic Primary School Principal.
