Due to continued growth at Mount Annan Christian College, we are seeking qualified, passionate, engaging, innovative and dynamic teacher to fill the role of Physical Education and Sports Specialist Position in our Primary School

<p><b>Primary PE/Sport Specialist</b></p><p><b>About Mount Annan Christian College: </b></p><p>Mount Annan Christian College (MACC) is a co-educational Prep to Year 12 Christian College in the Macarthur region. MACC is highly valued for its nurturing, caring community, and is recognised as a leader in the implementation of innovation in education, with a focus on developing the potential within each child and positioning them to enjoy a life of purpose. </p><p><b>The Role: </b></p><p>• Permanent Full Time PE/Sport Specialist working predominantly in Years 3-6. This position has an RFF teaching allocation for PE across Years 3-6 as well as allocated time for coordinating our Primary Sport Program. </p><p>Salary and conditions in accordance with the AIS Hybrid 2021 Multi Enterprise Agreement. </p><p><b>Skills and Attributes: </b></p><p>The successful candidate will be an energetic educator who is motivated by thinking differently about teaching and learning and who is driven by the creation of engaging and dynamic learning experiences for our students. Candidates must: </p><p>• Be energetic, enthusiastic and demonstrate a willingness to grow through the sharing of best practice and professional experience </p><p>• Demonstrate a passion for both teaching and pursuing innovative thinking through differentiated and individualised PE lessons across Stages 2 and 3 </p><p>• Plan and implement programs for both Physical Education and Sport </p><p>• Lead the schools Primary representative sport program and coordinate our involvement in IPSSO (Independent Primary Schools Sports Organisation) and CSSA (Christian Schools Sports Association) events. </p><p>• Together with the Secondary Sport Coordinator, support all school sporting carnivals and other primary years sporting events </p><p>• Possess excellent communications skills both written and verbal, as well as excellent time management skills </p><p>• Participate in pastoral and co-curricular programs, including student wellbeing initiatives, school camps and excursions </p><p>• Have a suitable Primary Education or Secondary PDHPE Degree and be registered as a Teacher with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
