PHOENIX HOUSE YOUTH SERVICES is planning to open a Special Assistance School accredited to ROSA in 2024 and HSC in 2025. We are seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified candidates to become the FOUNDATION PRINCIPAL / DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION. NESA submission will be finalised in March 2023 in the lead up to commencing in 2024. This is your opportunity to make a difference.

<h4>PHOENIX HOUSE YOUTH SERVICES COLLEGE </h4><h5>FOUNDATION PRINCIPAL / DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION </h5><p>Established in 1987, Phoenix House provides Case Management and Therapeutic Services to young people (aged 12-24) who may require Emotional, Educational and Social support to maximise their potential and achieve client-centred goals. We adopt a strengths-based responsive approach to case management, underpinned by trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices, making our case management more meaningful through therapeutic interventions. </p><p>We currently provide educational programs for young people who may have disengaged from mainstream education or require additional support to meet their educational objectives. Our flexible, inclusive and innovative approach to learning &#34;engages the disengaged,&#34; which is closely supported by our case management team. </p><p>Phoenix House Youth Services employs a multidisciplinary team of professional, enthusiastic and passionate staff supported by an Executive Team, the CEO and ultimately the Board. </p><p>The Board has determined that Phoenix now establish a secondary school to supplement and extend its service provision, and expressions of interest are sought from suitably qualified and experienced educators to be considered as Foundation Principal / Director of Education of the new school. </p><p>We will be finalising our NESA submission in March 2023, intending to open a registered School accredited to provide students with the ROSA curriculum and qualifications in January 2024 and HSC by 2025. </p><p>The appointee will have appropriate professional qualifications, together with experience in a senior leadership position in a government or independent school which has prepared them for the responsibility of establishing a new school, including the development of statutory and operational policies, staffing and enrolments, as well as planning and development of teaching and learning facilities.
