The Facilities Manager role is critical to the effective operation of St Columba’s College, as they provide the necessary support and infrastructure for the core educational mission of the College to be achieved.

<p>Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced applicants for the full-time Facilities Manager position.</p><p><b>Key Areas of Responsibility</b></p><p>The Facilities Manager is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and operational functionality of all the College’s facilities. The primary objectives are: </p><p>* to ensure the smooth running of the College on a day-to-day basis </p><p>* supervision of maintenance staff </p><p>* ensuring the College’s compliance requirements are met. </p><p>The Facilities Manager is responsible for the safety, compliance and oversight of the grounds, buildings, furniture, equipment and resources of the College. The Facilities Manager will work closely with the Business Manager to monitor the condition and use of all facilities and equipment at the College.
