They are seeking ways to enhance the learning opportunities within the college for the benefit of all.</p><p>Click <a href="https://www.mccww.catholic.edu.au/" rel="nofollow">here </a>to find out more about Marian Catholic College.</p><p><b>What we can offer:</b></p><ul><li>Senior position.</li><li>Permanent full-time position commencing 10th October 2022.</li><li>Access to Salary Packaging.</li><li>Access to our Employee Assistance Program.</li><li>Salary Level 6 Unaveraged - $88,082</li></ul><p><b>Your new role: </b></p><p>The SSSO: Facilities is responsible for the oversight, coordination and maintenance of school facilities infrastructure, Work Health and Safety and facilities operational processes, property and plant at Marian Catholic College. </p><p>The position plays a key role in supporting the Principal and Business Manager in the provision of a contemporary and sustainable learning environment that supports the College’s core business of learning and teaching and student and staff wellbeing.<br /></p><p>The role also includes oversight and responsibilities with regard to Grounds, Maintenance, Food Technology, TAS, Science, Canteen and Uniform Shop facilities and coordination of support staff servicing these areas. <br /></p><p>The SSSO: Facilities works collaboratively with key leaders to provide guidance and direction to the maintenance team with the coordination of approved School events and activities.   </p><p><b>Selection criteria:</b></p><ul><li>Diploma and/or a trade qualification or working towards a qualification in a building related discipline such as a trade; construction; architecture; facilities coordinator or equivalent. Or the equivalent knowledge gained through experience.</li><li> Experience in the maintenance of grounds, gardens and facilities</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Understanding of cost control and the management of budgets.</li><li>Strong time management and organisational skills</li><li>An understanding of and commitment to the ideals of Catholic Education</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, flexibly and as part of a team<br /></li><li>Have a sound knowledge of current WHS requirements and compliance matters<br /></li><li> Able to meet current Covid-19 vaccination requirements<br /></li><li>Current Working with Children Check</li></ul><p><b>About Griffith: </b></p><p><b> </b></p><p>Griffith, one of the most Vibrant and cosmopolitan regional centres.
