<p>We are looking for enthusiastic and suitably qualified Teachers to join our Casual/Relief Teaching Team at Orana. These roles require a positive attitude, an open mind and a flexible approach to teaching and learning. In return, you will have the opportunity to apply your teaching skills within a unique natural environment, under the Steiner Curriculum. </p><p>Within the guidelines of the Australian Steiner Education Curriculum Framework, our teachers work creatively to plan, implement and monitor a quality educational program for all children, grounded solidly in the philosophy and principles of Steiner Education and in line with our core principles, vision, mission and values. </p><p>To be successful you will have:</p><ul><li>Relevant teaching experience</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire young people</li><li>Outstanding teaching skills and appropriate tertiary qualifications</li><li>The skills and attitude to work collaboratively in a dynamic team setting</li><li>A willingness to implement, support and promote the School’s Steiner ethos</li><li> A strong commitment to student wellbeing</li><li>A willingness to be involved in the wider life of the School</li><li>Understanding of the Australian Curriculum</li><li>Current ACT TQI and WWVP registrations are essential.</li></ul><p>We welcome and encourage all interested candidates with teaching experience to apply as we have a need for casual/relief staff across all areas of the school on a regular basis.
