<p><b>Full-Time to start Term 3, 2022 or as negotiated</b><br /></p><p>We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Teacher to join our dedicated Primary Teaching Team. The role would suit someone who is seeking an opportunity to broaden and enrich their teaching experience by applying their skills within a unique Steiner environment, and who would thrive in a community-minded, high performing school.</p><p>Within the guidelines of the Australian Steiner Education Curriculum Framework, the Primary School Teacher works creatively to plan, implement and monitor a quality educational program for all children, grounded solidly in the philosophy and principles of Steiner Education and in line with our core principles, vision, mission and values. </p><p> </p><p>The successful applicant will have: </p><p>• Primary School teaching experience </p><p>• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire young people </p><p>• Outstanding teaching skills and appropriate tertiary qualifications </p><p>• The skills and attitude to work collaboratively in a dynamic team setting </p><p>• A willingness to implement, support and promote the School’s Steiner ethos </p><p>• A strong commitment to student wellbeing </p><p>• A willingness to be involved in the wider life of the School </p><p>• Understanding of the Australian Curriculum </p><p>• Current ACT TQI and WWVP registrations are essential. </p><p>We welcome and encourage all interested candidates with primary teaching experience to apply.
