The successful applicant will require excellent knowledge in teaching and learning, demonstrate well developed interpersonal skills and will liaise with parents to develop a positive and inclusive community.<br><br><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>A commitment to Catholic education and the promotion of the mission of the Catholic Church;</p> </li> <li>Well-developed self-awareness and the ability to reflection on your own performance, integrity, and resilience;</li> <li> <p>The passion and expertise to work individually and collectively with students, to maximise the learning outcomes for each one, including those with additional learning needs;</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrated high-level teaching skills, particularly in Literacy and Numeracy across all key learning areas;</p> </li> <li> <p>An ability to engage learners in lessons and units of work that inspire curiosity and problem solving;</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the capacity to develop productive and caring relationships with students, parents and staff;</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrated capacity and willingness to develop students’ unique capabilities through extra-curricular activities;</p> </li> <li> <p>Appropriate qualifications and demonstrated experience in the teaching arena.
