<p>Catherine McAuley College is seeking a friendly, energetic, highly organised and customer-focused person to join the Administration Team and provide valuable support to the College Community. This is an existing role and the opportunity has become available due to an internal promotion. </p><p>About Catherine McAuley College </p><p>Catherine McAuley College is a co-educational Year 7 to 12 Catholic secondary school located in the beautiful central Victorian city of Bendigo. The College is situated across two campuses, one in the city centre and one on 70 acres, 6.5kms from the city centre. </p><p>The current enrolment is approximately 1500 students, with significant growth forecast in the future. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate: </p><p>• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain professional and collegiate relationships with key stakeholders, including students, parents, carers, other staff members and the school community. </p><p>• Ability to show initiative and problem solve. </p><p>• Willingness to participate in a range of school activities, e.g. school sports, sacramental programs, liturgies, camps/excursions. </p><p>• Ability and willingness to accept policy directives. </p><p>• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage complex tasks with minimal supervision. </p><p>• Ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines. </p><p>• Excellent attention to detail. </p><p>Applicants must possess: </p><p>• 1-2 years proven experience handling a wide range of administrative tasks in a multi-disciplinary environment. </p><p>• Current training qualification that meets the requirements of HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid (Release 1) and a willingness to complete this every 3 years. </p><p>• Current training qualification that meets the requirements of HLTAID009 – Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (Release 1) and a willingness to complete this annually.</p><p> </p><p>This school community promotes the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children. </p><p>A Ministry of Mercy Education Ltd </p><p>ABN 69 154 531 870 </p><p><br /></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
