<p>We are in the market for an experienced and passionate recruiter, or an educator seeking experience in HR, to build relationships and deliver best practice in the end-to-end recruitment of school based and corporate Central Office roles at Catholic Schools Broken Bay. Covering an expansive geographical area which includes the Central Coast and Sydney’s Northern Beaches and North Shore, Catholic Schools Broken Bay is a system serving 44 Catholic Schools with around 17,000 students from Kindergarten to Year 12. </p><p><b>The Role </b></p><p>Reporting to the Talent and Employee Relations Manager, your key responsibilities include: </p><ul><li>You must be supportive of the Catholic ethos and committed to serving our schools for the ultimate benefit of the thousands of students entrusted to our care </li><li>Engaging with hiring managers to drive strategic and customised recruitment plans, including targeting social media and other alternative sourcing channels </li><li>Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising, job posting, shortlisting, screening and interviewing candidates for assigned roles </li><li>Playing an active role in major recruitment campaigns, including recruiting critical school leadership roles </li><li>Providing a high level of professionalism and customer service to all stakeholders and candidates </li><li>Collaborating with other team members within the greater CEP team </li><li>Contributing to strategic recruitment and other HR projects aimed at continuous improvement </li></ul><p><b>About You </b></p><p>As the ideal candidate you will meet the following key requirements: </p><ul><li>You must be supportive of the Catholic ethos </li><li>Previous recruitment experience within an internal or agency recruitment environment.
