The Executive Officer is accountable for providing executive support, communications coordination and management to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team.

Through the implementation of Project and Problem Based Learning we provide a relevant, rigorous and rich learning environment that challenges students.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About the Role:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Parramatta Marist is looking for an Executive Officer to provide executive support, educational progress, communications coordination and management to the Principal and the School’s Leadership Team.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">This position is permanent full-time.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>You will be:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Coordinating meetings, workshops, content, presentations, logistics and follow up for parent engagement and stakeholder events, including coordination of action points from meetings to ensure individuals are supported around their area of responsibility</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Creating, managing and leading processes as well as developing content for new staff induction and practicum placements</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Coordinating logistics for individual and whole school professional learning, including developing content for leadership and coaching schedules</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Managing relationships and strategic partnerships with university and other tertiary partners to assist senior leaders in leading action research, establishing practicum placements and potential learning pathways for staff&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Assisting with the development of key communications and content for staff, students, parents and other community stakeholders regarding the vision and achievements of the college community</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Contributing to initiatives and projects to support the achievement of operational and strategic priorities.</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>To be successful:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Alignment to the core purpose and values of Parramatta Marist</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Demonstrated experience or qualifications in relevant field</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Current NSW Working with Children Check&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Be supportive of the ethos of the Catholic Church</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Interested?</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">This position involves working with children.
