<p><b>Principal </b></p><p><b>For Commencement, January 2023 </b></p><p><br /></p><p>Casino Christian School is a K-12 School of approximately 300 students located in the beautiful Richmond Valley in the Northern Rivers area of NSW. The school has experienced good growth in recent years as it seeks to provide the best educational outcomes for each student by ministering to the whole person. The school is part of the Presbyterian Low Fee Christian Schools group in NSW and a member of Christian Schools Australia. </p><p>Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the position of Principal. The Principal reports to the Presbyterian Low Fee Christian Schools Board and will work closely with the Principals of the other schools in the group. They will also be supported in their work by the local School Board Committee and Minister. </p><p>The successful applicant will have: </p><p>• A personal faith and commitment to the Lordship of Jesus Christ. </p><p>• An ability to engagingly communicate the vision of the school. </p><p>• Experience in the spiritual and pastoral care of staff and students. </p><p>• Professional educational qualifications that satisfy NESA and government agencies. </p><p>• Strong Educational Leadership skills. </p><p>• Humility and willingness to listen and respond to alternate views. </p><p>• High levels of organisational and staff management skills. </p><p>• Demonstrated development of self and of staff. </p><p>• Strategic thinking, resilience, and energy to deal with a wide range of student needs. </p><p>• Passionate commitment to Christian Education. </p><p>The successful applicant must be a committed Christian who is active in their local church and adheres to the doctrines of the Presbyterian Church. </p><p><br /></p><p> </p>
