A school Support Officer - Administration (Lvl 4) is needed at Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School Pymble on a permanent part-time basis.

Covering an expansive geographical area which includes the Central Coast and Sydney’s Northern Beaches and North Shore, Catholic Schools Broken Bay is a system serving 44 Catholic Schools with around 17,000 students from Kindergarten to Year 12. </p><p><b>About the Role </b></p><p>Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School Pymble is seeking to appoint an School Support Officer – Administration (Lvl 4). The successful candidate will be suitably qualified and enjoy working in a dynamic and cohesive team. </p><p>This position will require the successful candidate to work in a permanent part-time capacity (18 hours per fortnight) and in a temporary part-time capacity (4.5 hours per fortnight). In the temporary engagement, the desired days of work are Monday, Tuesday and Friday of each week but will be negotiable for the right candidate. </p><p>This position is set to start on Monday, 1 August 2022. </p><p><b>Specific Criteria </b></p><ul><li>be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school</li><li>have experience in general office reception duties</li><li>have the ability to work with multiple duties and interruptions</li><li>be familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)</li><li>have experience with database software and data entry</li><li>have experience in busy, dynamic office setting</li><li>have excellent communication skills</li><li>have First Aid Certificate</li><li>be task focused</li><li>show attention to detail</li></ul><p><b>Vaccination Requirements for our Staff </b></p><p>Our Covid-19 Vaccination Policy requires that all school staff have received two doses of an approved Covid-19 vaccine or possess a valid contraindication medical certificate. These requirements are essential to gain employment with Catholic Schools Broken Bay.
