<p>Catholic Education Tasmania (CET) is a community of thirty-eight Schools, Colleges and the Tasmanian Catholic Education Office (TCEO) with 2,500 employees supporting 16,000 students.</p>

<p>An excellent opportunity exists, to join the Tasmanian Catholic Education Office Team, for suitably qualified and experienced candidates who are able to demonstrate a commitment to the aims and philosophy of Catholic education.</p>
<p> Candidates must be able to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide a high level of Financial Management expertise.</li>
<li>Provide leadership and direction to the TCEO Finance team</li>
<li>Collaborate with key stakeholders to determine professional development budgets and operate within agreed budget parameters to achieve outcomes.</li>
<li>Provide direction and support to the transformation and continued improvement of systems and processes relating to implementation of Technology One Financial Management System</li>
<li>Develop the TCEO annual budget and the budget documents for all funding areas.</li>
<li>Provide financial analysis of the monthly reports for the TCEO and provide advice to Managers and Directors on areas of concern.</li>
</ul>
<p>The Accountant: TCEO Finance will work across the TCEO finance and facilities teams . Given the nature of this role, the successful applicant will need to be flexible in their working hours to meet the needs of CET.</p>
<p>Salary will be in accordance with the Tasmania Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018.</p>
