We are proud to have passionate and dedicated staff who recognise the unique strengths and qualities of every Pymble girl. </p><h4><br /></h4><h4>The Role </h4><p>A brand-new role has been created to meet the growth of our popular Preschool Learn to Swim program for a fixed term of 12 months, with the potential to extend or become permanent. </p><p>You will develop and enhance the existing program, ensuring that all children are given the best start to this essential life-skill. Approximately one third of your time in this role will focus on the co-ordination of the program, including recruiting, training and developing the preschool Learn to Swim teaching team. </p><p>You will also have the opportunity to be hands on in the aquatic centre, working as Deck Supervisor and as a Learn to Swim teacher, with classes assigned directly to you. You will ensure the safety of teachers, parents, carers and our students, as well as enabling you to build a strong relationship with our youngest students and harbour their life-long love of the water. </p><p>Working across a roster Monday through Saturday, the salary for this role will be $75,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
