The Governance, Risk & Strategy team has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and proactive Administration Officer to work on a full-time permanent basis.

It also provides support and advice in relation to risk management, policy research, stakeholder engagement, information and privacy matters, internal audit and assurance.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About the opportunity:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to support the Governance, Risk &amp; Strategy Team on a full-time continuing basis. More specifically, the successful candidate will be accountable for:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Acting as a key department contact, answering and directing enquiries as they arise</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Maintaining accurate and accessible team data using available system tools</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Collating team data into required documentation; reports, presentations, minutes, submissions, team communications, updating intranet etc.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Supporting the whole team in general administration functions&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Coordination of calendars, meetings and events and follow up on action items from meetings with various stakeholders</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Qualifications in the relevant area of study</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Appropriate demonstrated experience</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Ability to manage multiple tasks&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Strong organisation skills&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Proactive and takes initiative</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Effective communicator both written and verbal</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Ability to understand and work across various software/solutions (E.g.
