<p><br /></p><p>Marian College Ararat is seeking a dynamic &amp; passionate teacher of Drama who has an understanding </p><p>of the ethos of a Catholic school and its mission and employ a variety of Formative Engagement </p><p>teaching strategies to effectively build student understanding and confidence as independent learners </p><p>and develop a stimulating learning environment to cater for individual learning needs </p><p>Understand and adhere to state and national course requirements including the standards of </p><p>professionals practice – Australian Standards of Teaching – and the CECV. </p><p>The Drama Coordinator role is responsible to the Principal and Head of Arts for coordinating the </p><p>Drama Department and associated school-based productions and is responsible for ensuring the </p><p>delivery of a quality classroom-based Drama program that is documented.
