<p>The St Johns ELC -Primary School of Concordia College are undergoing a significant redevelopment in preparation for the first stage of transitioning to a triple stream school. The first phase of this transition commences in 2023 and necessitates the appointment of a number of new classroom teachers in the Primary School including the Early Years. </p><p> </p><p>The positions require the capacity to teach within the framework of the IB Primary Years Programme and the Australian Curriculum. Working collaboratively with year level teams and single subject teachers will be central to the role in the Primary School.<br /></p><p>The teacher’s priority is to ensure that learning and teaching encourages student engagement and is carried out within the context of the Mission, Vision and Values of Concordia, including the Christian foundations of the College. Demonstrated ability to collaboratively design and implement authentic concept driven units of work which encourage inquiry are essential to this position.</p><p>Applications for suitably qualified teachers interested in joining a talented and committed learning community are encouraged to apply.
