A wonderful opportunity exists for a professional, well organised and proactive administrative assistant to join our Office Administration Team in this dynamic role, engaging with staff, students and the wider community.

<p>Applications are invited from proactive, professional administrative assistants for this dynamic role within our Office Administration Team. This is a part-time (4 days per week), ongoing role to commence as soon as possible.</p><p>The <b>Administrative Assistant – Wellbeing and Compliance</b> plays a key role is supporting the wellbeing programs and services offered at the College. They also play a key role in ensuring that the College is compliant with relevant legislation and support the Past Pupils’ Network Committee. In addition, they work collaboratively with members of the Office Administration Team to ensure effective and efficient administration services across the College.</p><p>EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:</p><ul><li>Current Working with Children Check (essential) </li><li>First Aid Certificate Level 2 minimum (essential) </li><li>Ability to exert calm authority in medical emergency situations </li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and calmly under pressure </li><li>Excellent skills in the Microsoft Office Suite and data base management </li><li>Demonstrated ability to use the following IT systems is desirable: Synergetic, CompliSpace Risk Management Program (or similar) and TryBooking </li><li>High level of professional personal presentation </li><li>High level interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team </li><li>Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, work well under pressure and manage competing tasks with a high level of attention to detail </li><li>Demonstrates flexibility with the ability to operate effectively in a changing environment </li><li>Demonstrated commitment to their own professional learning to build capacity </li><li>Previous work in an educational setting would be advantageous but is not essential.</li></ul><p>Please refer to the attached position description and our website for further information:  <a href="http://www.kilbreda.vic.edu.au." rel="nofollow">www.kilbreda.vic.edu.au.</a></p><p>The Kilbreda College community is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care.</p>
