St Patrick's Primary School Lochinvar&nbsp;is seeking a temporary part-time (11 hours a week)&nbsp;School Administrative Officer&nbsp;to join the team on Thursdays and Fridays&nbsp;for Terms 3 and 4, 2022.<br><br>St Patrick's Primary School, Lochinvar is a Catholic school community offering a loving, caring and compassionate environment for students from Kindergarten to Year 6.<br>St Patrick’s provides a contemporary learning environment equipped with modern technology and facilities, as well as flexible learning spaces purpose-built for collaboration and personalised teaching and learning.<br>Our highly qualified and dedicated staff strive to provide a high quality, supportive and innovative education that is responsive to the different needs of students, celebrates their strengths and provides opportunities for all to achieve excellence.<br>Administrative Officers&nbsp;in a Catholic school have&nbsp;a unique role to play and are assigned with the task of ensuring each child has the opportunity to grow both academically and spiritually and to live purposeful lives.<br><br>In this position you will support the school&nbsp;with various administrative duties such as:<br><li>provide a highly professional and friendly point of contact to stakeholders and visitors to the School<br></li><li>general office administration including maintaining student records, typing and preparation of documents, ordering of school requisites and administrative support for staff<br></li><li>provide support to students who present to Student Services requiring first aid or other minor ailments and dispensing of medication.<br></li><li>provide support in the Print Room.<br><br>The Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle is committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults, preventing those in our care from suffering abuse or neglect, and is committed to being compliant with the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations and the National Catholic Safeguarding Standards.
