This position is being offered on a full-time basis until the end of 2022.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">The Instructional Leader will meet the following criteria:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Contribute to the delivery of the system strategic intent and learning agenda within the local school context.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Exercise Catholic leadership and fosters the faith formation of students and staff by contributing to the life of our faith learning community beyond the learning spaces.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Lead the implementation of the learning framework, agreed pedagogical practice and school action plan with a focus on literacy and numeracy skills.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Coach teachers and models agreed practice to support students at the point of need using data and research-informed practice in literacy and numeracy.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Enable teachers to transfer intervention strategies to the local context.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Support teachers in the use of assessment and developing differentiated and personalised learning opportunities.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Analyse and uses data to assist other leaders and teachers in understanding student and teacher learning needs.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Lead and informs the professional learning in order to build the capacity of all staff to improve student learning in literacy and numeracy.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Contribute to a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility across the school.</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">Please respond to the above selection criteria in your cover letter.
